my journey

From sports to sales, wellness to plant medicine, my career has been an ever-evolving journey of passion, resilience, and transformation.

At 20 years old, I landed my dream internship with the New York Mets, having spent my college years interning at ESPN Radio in Madison Square Garden and with the Penn State Athletic Department. With a fast-tracked Communications degree from Penn State, I was on a clear path in the sports industry—until I wasn’t. Ten months of 11-hour days and an unsustainable work-life balance led me to reevaluate everything I had worked toward.

Around the same time, I transitioned to a plant-based lifestyle, which not only changed my diet but my entire outlook on wellness and alignment. Trusting my intuition, I pivoted into the wellness industry and took a sales role at MINDBODY, Inc. By 23, I was one of the company’s top-performing sales reps, earning two President’s Club awards. During my five years there, I deepened my understanding of holistic health, becoming certified in Health Coaching and Pilates. A work trip to California in 2014 stole my heart, and I eagerly transferred to San Francisco.

Growth Through Grief

Three weeks after my move, my world turned upside-down. My best friend Brittany passed away from a heart attack at just 27 years old. Grief reshaped my world, and I turned to music as therapy. Seeking deeper healing, I traveled solo to Central America, immersing myself in shamanic plant medicine ceremonies. The experience was transformative, leading me to leave my corporate career behind to explore a more meaningful path.

However, life had another unexpected turn. In 2016, I survived a near-fatal car accident that left me hospitalized for six weeks with multiple fractures, head trauma, and a long road to recovery. Three weeks into my hospital stay, a friend introduced me to cannabis edibles, which helped me manage pain and wean off harsh medications. This experience became a catalyst for my advocacy work in cannabis and psychedelics.

Plant Medicine & Professional Advocacy

Today, I am a full-time consultant (and new mama!) specializing in event production, branding, and content strategy. I’ve been featured in Psychedelics Today, TheHigh.Guide, Leaf Magazines, and MJLifestyle and have worked with leading brands in the space. I’m passionate about normalizing plant medicine through education, storytelling, and strategic partnerships.

Beyond consulting, I have led workshops on holistic wellness and alignment, including speaking engagements at Lucidity Music Festival, The Battery, Shack15, and more. My work bridges the gap between science, culture, and business in the evolving psychedelic landscape.

Music

Music has been a constant thread in my healing journey. What started as a personal creative outlet evolved into a professional pursuit. I’ve performed with a San Francisco funk band, collaborated with international producers, and released original music across genres.

Notable collaborations include work with Bay Area duo Host Bodies, Danish producer Luca Giancotti (aka Himmel), and Los Angeles-based NEUMA. My largest performance was at Public Works nightclub in San Francisco, where I co-headlined a sold-out show.

From intimate house concerts to corporate events and weddings, my performances are dynamic, emotionally rich, and adaptable across settings. Whether it’s electronic, acoustic, or experimental, my music is deeply rooted in storytelling and connection.

Collaborate with Me

Whether you’re building a brand, producing an event, or curating an artistic experience, I bring a unique blend of strategy, storytelling, and creativity to the table. I specialize in elevating brands within the plant medicine and wellness space, creating impactful experiences that drive meaningful connections.
